Rider’s Choice Poker Run – Saturday, April 26, 2008

Registration starts at 8:00 AM - Bikes out beginning at 9:30 AM – back by 4:00 PM for prizes. $20 per participant (day of event), pre-register by April 24^th for $15 at www.rc2ac.org.

This is not a race!  Directions for each stop are from the Bass Pro Shops.  Participants may visit locations in the order they choose.  Location will be in operation from 9:45 AM to 3:00 PM.  Participants may visit any number of stops they choose or complete their hand at the event site (Participants choosing to complete their hand at the event site will draw 5 cards and may donate $2 for each card after – to see up to 10 additional cards.  The participant’s best hand(s) will be logged by the dealers.

Participants visiting the poker run locations will receive one card at each location and will have the option to exchange their card, up to three times, for additional donations – $2 to see each additional card.  The participants may only choose one of the, up to four cards, presented.  Participants may collect up to 12 cards, build their best 5-card hand, and should return to the event by 3:45 PM to check in, if they would like to be eligible for the Poker Run prizes.  A Royal Flush beats 5 Aces.  In a tie, Ace is high.  All ties will be settled by a high-low card draw.  The decision of the Poker Run Referee is final.

There will be prizes for:

• Best 5-card poker hand

• Best AMA member poker hand

• Location Recognition Prize - A random drawn participant card number for each location

• Best five-card hand that includes a card from the Fortune Valley Casino

• Straight 8 (any suit, all in consecutive order, one prize only - high card wins)

• Flush 8 (same suit (straight flush, high card wins)

• Hand with a card from each of all 12 locations

• Riders do not have to stop at all twelve locations to make a poker hand.

• Riders will be eligible to win a prize from each location they visit regardless of the hand they have.

• Riders do not have to follow a specific route and can choose the order in which they visit the stops they choose.

• Locations will be open from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM – (Fortune Valley and Redhill Motorcycle Werx from 11:00 – 2:30)
